Big Bite — Restaurant in England

Been using this place for ages very regular customer..never normally no issues..except today! Put order in for delivery food arrived cold! Literally live 5mins away from shop..called to tell them and to exchange for hot food to be told they'd speak to driver and contact me? 30mins plus later still no call..so called shop to be told why you waited so ling to call?? Wrrm I have call log it says i called within 5min after delivery..then tried telling me it was delivered 2hours prior to me calling? I have camera with time recording cone have a look!!..then the phone waa passed to the delivery driver who had the worst attitude!! Trying to tell me the food wasn't cold when clearly it was and sits still untouched on the side waiting to be exchanged! He started shouting down the phone talking to me like a idiot! I then added for manager whi was also mo help..started saying ill change it jyst this once, ? I literally use the shop daily! His attitude was just as bad as the drivers!! Telling me I'm the only one to complain?? If I've paid money for hot food and it arrives cold course I'm going to complain..they then sent lady ( long dark hair) delivery driver to collect food she was lovely so apologetic for a issue what wasn't even her fault..she'd been sent to collect cold food and said the ""fresh"" food would be delivered..she couldn't apologise enough for the rudeness of the other driver..the "" fresh"" food then arrived around 30mins later..when you could clearly see & tell it wasn't ""fresh"" it was exactly the same food jus5 reheated!! Unbelievable big bites..so a £20 order wrnt straight in the bin! I could gave reheated myself if that's what I'd have wanted..you wrre supposed to be sending fresh delivery...so for the sake of £20 and the rudeness of your delivery driver( guy with the hoody) and your ""manager"" who Apparantly answered the phine..you have now lost a customer..bear in mind how regular we use you!..it could have all been resolved with been spoke to woth a bit of respect and a fresh order been made rather then crap! Cold food been reheated!! Shame on...

Ordered the nacho pizza wrap, which they called to say they no longer do that. So I asked for bbq chicken instead (assuming they were going to do it as a pizza wrap). Also ordered kids popcorn chicken meal, a milkshake and mozzarella sticks. Delivery was early, which wasn't a problem. However the food on the other hand... There was no pizza wrap. They sent me what I could only assume was a pizza. When they asked me on the phone if I wanted thin.. I wasn't expecting pancake thin. I don't know what they used for the base, but it wasn't pizza base. Looked more like pastry. Popcorn chicken was overcooked. And the garlic bread they sent, you could have played a game of Frisbee with it. The only decent part of my order was the milkshake and mozzarella sticks. Was waiting an hour for food, when I rang he said to come and collect as his driver had an accident.

When I got their due to it being my kids tea I was told I had to wait 5 minutes for the food I was told was ready for pick up. His next excuse was its Christmas and he doesn't have the staff to cook it. Bad phone manner and abrupt. Even more useless in person.

Waste of time and under staffed went to robin hood and food...
