I wish I could give this place less than 1 star... this takeaway is dangerous! let me tell you why... so, I ordered chicken and mushroom with fried rice for myself and my 2yr daughter, I called my order through as soon as they opened at 5pm my order came 1.5 hours later undercooked, I mean the chicken was slimy and I mean it had a layer of what can only be described as mucus looking stuff surrounding every piece of chicken, I thought how could the Cook have not noticed this while preparing this meal, I honestly think that this chicken was off before it was even cooked and when I cut into it just out of some sort of curiousity it was pink and uncooked so I rang the takeaway to tell them that they needed to come and see what they had sent me, now to my surprise the person on the phone said after I told them it was undercooked and possibly off "is it slimy" I said yes you need to come and see, they then said I'll come and pick it up and bring another, I wasn't happy but I'm a fair person and said okay, 20 minutes later a knock on the door, I opened it to a girl trying to pass my replacement to me while holding her jacket over her mouth, nothing was said and she left after passing me my replacement, I walked into my kitchen thinking that problem solved, no it wasn't because as I opened my replacement it was just as bad if not worse than the first one, I didn't get to ring the takeaway back as at this time it was my daughter's bed time after having to cook something else... I am so glad that I didn't give this to my daughter as no doubt about it, she would of been ill... I just hope that no one got one after a few beers and didn't notice or an elderly person because I'm sure that it could of hospitalised them or worse, shame on you...

We ordered last week and they got the wrong order, we ordered oyster sauce and got beef and it was cold..... BUT we thought we'd give it another chance tonight. Well what a mistake!!! We ordered special satay and only got the sauce. So we rang to report this and one guy said sorry and the person who taken the order got it wrong and it be sent asap. So while everyone was eating one missed out, the food was already luke warm so had to be eaten!!! After 10 mins someone called back to say we was wrong and they not sending it unless we pay more. After arguing on the phone for half a hour they sent it but had to pay extra but was already too late everyone eaten. How can one person say it was there mistake and ring again to argue for HALF A HOUR!!! Could not believe it!!!! Staff NEED training on customer service. What ever happened to customer is always right????? Will never order from...

oh my god ... i was so hungry and stopped at this random take away .... for some reason it took ages to prepare the order... perhaps because they were busy preparing delivery orders... i saw 2 delivery drivers and large orders ... so it must be a popular place... as i was waiting i started to literally freeze.. felt like i was in the arctic... thinking i may pass out i was forced to do exercises to prevent getting frozen into an icicle.. don't remember much about how the food tasted because it took 1 hour sitting in my warm home to de freeze.. think the food was good.. i recommend if you visit this takeaway.. place your order.. wait in your heated car..and only re enter the premises to collect your order.. unless you don't mind becoming...
