Whatâs not to like about a Sunday roast? And at our local pub too, this was wonderful. The server that looked after us, made sure we were comfortable, checking in with us from time to time to see if we required anything. I did need some cutlery, as there wasnât any when I sat down, whereas everyone else in our party had theirs. That was only minor though, and she was very apologetic. As for the meal, I had the lamb, which was succulent, and easy to slice with a knife. Yorkshire pudding, the size of my head. Canât go wrong with that. Wish I had a dessert, next time I will. Upon leaving, we noticed the sign outside for âBurger Night Wednesdaysâ - so you know Iâm up for that.

We ordered at 12:40pm and half the food came out at 1:15pm, the rest didn't come out until 14:00pm after asking multiple times where the remaining food was.
