Burger King — Restaurant in England

Hi,Burger King,I m your regular costumer since 2011..I was always going Manchester picadilly train station branch while I was going to visit my son Runcorn,last 2 years I was always visiting your shop with my son.I m sorry first time i writing complain.Last Sunday about 10th Sunday excatly 2:15 pm 2:30 pm.I have very bad costumer service experience..Normally all staff young girls boys,students workers very very good,but I have very bad experience Me and my son went to burger king to order and eat food.i want to order as always counter.I show my burger king applicatoon one of burger king staff,it was the offers I wanted to order chicken burger 12£,2 whopper menü 12£ and chicken nuggets..One very young woman short ,she has both arms tattoos,she told me "you can order only one menu per day you can't only more than one ,if you have different phones you can order one more".I told her I always come here with my son every 2 ,3 weeks,I show my app and show my lots points ,no one told me like that's I was always ordering more than 2 ,3 menu.i saw her first time there,She told me rudely NO,and told me is writing on phone..I told her can I speak general manager please ..She said I m a manager,I said ok please can you show me where is writing term on conditions,per day I per menu offer,she replied angry and rudely you find it..I told her it's your business not mine please show me..she called me rude in front of my son,her attitude was very very bad,then my son 15 years old ,he lives Runcorn and always coming burger king and he told me Dad let's go KFC...Then I left...To be honest I m not writing about offer or discount.She has behaviour and attitude problem,please she needs more costumer service training,she should not be rude attitudes,I can guess dealing hundreds people but if she says she manager she should be talk as a manager,she should learn how talk with family's..other wise Runcorn burger king the rest staff and food were always good...but I m not thinking to visit anymore your Runcorn branch.By the way if you want you can watch Cctv camera excatly time I wrote on top if recording our sound..if you want you can check my payments I spent fortune last 14 years in ,Burger king needs much better professional managers.Thank you...

We ordered on 8.6.19 mid evening as a take out (not drive-thru). 2 burgers & 2 fries. There was 1 lad on his own doing EVERYTHING at the till! He was even doing the drive-thru. So the ridiculous delay can't be blamed on him, he was doing his best. The food - was DISGUSTING. It was cold (we live litterally round the corner 3 minutes max). Huge chunks/blocks of onion covered everything. We litterally had onion the size of ice cubes propping our burgers open! We counted 35 chips, cold, between us in total. We'd never tried our local Burger King so it was our first visit, and prob last. We let McDonald's get away with some things because they're much cheaper. However, you clearly price to be better. Both didn't finish our burgers (which we'd been forced to remove the entire salad from, as it was sloppy w/massive onion pieces) because they were litterally cold. You can't blame your staff, at least front of house. He couldn't do anymore ON HIS OWN on a Saturday night! I'd suggest you review your operations at this store quickly or just shut down. People were queued with my partner at the till who were there before him waiting on the silliest of things. The poor single staff member hit a point where he wasn't putting a dent in the orders. Nearly an hour my partner was gone for, just to visit your shop! Then the produce was beyond awful! We've had bad McDonald's before but nothing as bad as...

What did you like about it? That's the question when you post a review on here, the simple answer is.... Nothing, I like Burger King usually from Service stations to Liverpool City Centre but this Hell Hole of a franchised 'Burger King' is a disgrace, sure the staff are friendly and the place is relatively clean but the burgers are horrible, the pattys are tasteless with no seasoning and the most obscure texture almost as if they have been eaten already, there isn't enough salad to feed a hamster and just a squirt of sauce not even enough to make the pattys taste of something.

One of the worst parts is the combo deal where you get the nuggets and the onion rings etc, I can only liken them to ASDA's smart price range, not that I eat them often either but I'm a believer in trying things and they're not very nice.

Also beware they state that the drive through is open till 2am, the first time I went there at 1.20am I was told that they where shut, when inquired as to why I was give this answer 'Because we are you stupid C*NT go away' so I did I went to McDonalds where although their burgers look nothing like advertised they're still a damn sight tastier then The Runcorn Burger King also a hell of a lot cheaper too!
