Ordered via mobile app this evening and went into the store to collect. Was greeted by a very friendly man who was the manager (Callum). From entering the whole staff were very welcoming & as a team went above & beyond to make sure my order was fresh, and exactly as I ordered. Other staff members were amazing and ensured my whole order was completed fresh for me and to my specifications. Maddy, Kyle & Kimi were the other staff members who served me this evening. After a previous bad experience at this store I’ve not visited for a long time as I was put off after how the previous staff spoke to me but was pleasantly surprised to find AMAZING, polite & welcoming staff on this occasion. Even though I had specified some things to be altered on my app order when I approached Callum upon entering the store I asked to change something and he made sure to go through to the kitchen staff to make sure it was altered for me. On previous occasions visiting this store we experienced terrible food & awful service but this evening was the complete opposite and I am now more inclined to visit more often. If I could give more stars for the service I definitely would! Just want to send a MASSIVE thank you to Maddy, Kyle, Kimi & Callum for their friendly & helpful service this evening they definitely deserve more thanks & star ratings then I can offer via this review. Read moreWouldn’t give it a 1 if I could. Service incredibly slow and waiting in the drive thru for ages. We got handed our drinks and they were wrong, so I handed them back and told the women they were incorrect. She asked me what the order was, so I listed off the order and she served me the correct drinks. We then waited another long time for the food. We pulled into the car park to eat and the order was wrong. My husband walked back into the restaurant where he received really rude customer service when he told them the order was wrong. The manager asked for the receipt and said the order couldn’t be refunded because we paid on my phone (?!) so all she could do was remake the food. She took the receipt and remade the same order (despite being told the order we were given was incorrect). She didn’t ask my husband for the order we actually asked for and paid for originally. When my husband checked the bag again and saw it was wrong, the manager rudely replied to say “that’s what’s on the receipt you gave me”…. But the ORDER WAS WRONG! 😑 She grabbed the bag and chucked it in the bin and went off to remake our order. Complete mess from start to finish. And it isn’t the first time either. Read moreI placed I an order at the self service screen and waited by the counter to collect my food it took over 15mins to arrive. Whilst waiting 2 members of staff were talking to each other with their backs to us and not paying any attention to customers at the counter. I man who had been through the drive in, came in to complain about missing items. He waited for the two staff to react to his presence, they didn’t. He then tutted and said excuse me loudly to get their attention. They promptly apologised and give the man the missing items. When I received my order, the chips were cold, but I ate them. The onion rings were cold and over cooked, so I took them back because they weren’t acceptable to me. They gave me some straight out of a hot section and apologised, I got them back to my table and they were hot but over cooked.
