Burger King — Restaurant in England

I went into Burger King and was served by Josh who was amazing. It was my first time going here and Josh made it actually enjoyable to spend my money and gave me a laugh whilst I was waiting and also ensured food was ready for me very quickly. The reason I have given it a 4* for atmosphere is the manager in the back didn’t seem friendly or welcoming I did even smile at one point and I got a dirty look in return I believe their name was Justine. If it was just the manager I would give negative stars if I could but Josh turned it around and has made me want to go back. Hopefully next time I go it will be a different manager on shift as I can’t confidently say I won’t just walk out if I see Justine again as it made me...

Within the last 6 weeks I arrived to be told there is no beef so no burgers apart from chicken!

One day I arrived and the toilets were out of order!

Today I arrived and the toilets are still out of order and all chairs are stacked up! I asked the member of staff here I would like to sit down and eat my food, sorry you can’t as the management said you can’t and he is here today! What’s going on with this bloody place it’s a restaurant and you can’t even sit down and eat your food! In all the years I’ve been to McDonald’s they have never done any of this!...

Extremely rude staff I added extra 2 burgers and cheese and bacon, and apparently, it was just added to the top when I asked, and the person behind the counter was a bit hostile, so I didn't question anymore due to having my family there and didn't want to be hostile back. i.e., frowing the food in his arrogant face, not just that my food came separately as they didn't look at the whole order when serving me from the self-service machine.
