Greggs — Restaurant in Great Britain

Stopped off for a rest break to be welcomed by an atrocious potholed carpark. We walked into Greggs and Burger king store where you can eat in or takeaway. We chose Greggs and bought our food. Went to sit down to find only 1 clean table available, the other tables were either dirty or occupied. The floor in the seating area was dirty and dropped food on the floor. Whilst we were there a staff member from Burger king came out and wiped 2 table tops only. My son went to use the toilet, came out and reported to Greggs staff that there was no toilet paper in either cubicle or hand towels to then be offered a paper bag by a member of staff. My son politely refused the offer of a paper bag and repeated that the gents toilets require toilet paper and hand towels. Moments later Greggs staff member did replace hand towels and toilet roll but her face showed this had caused her some degree of inconvenience when the store at that time had no customers to serve. Can't complain about the food we ordered, that was nice, but had we not observed the overall cleanliness of the dining area of the store first we'd had turned around and walked...

food was barley warm. when requesting staff to heat it up. was simple told we don't do that here. this is a cold counter. kinda think if something is called a cheese bean melt insinuates it should be served hot. product handed back no offer if a refund. think some further staff training is in order. if this was one of my franchises there would be some interesting meetings to come. make the most of the passing trade as i wouldn't expect you to get too many...

I ordered a Sausage roll and a piece of Pizza, both were cold so I asked if I could have warm, the girl told they had just come out of the oven so they were hot and was quite rude, she did heat some pizza and gave me another sausage roll which was also cold but kept insisting they had just come out of the oven, I've had these when they have just come out of the oven and they are very hot, these were cold.
