Ordered 4 meals and a side. 2 meals where missing fries and the side was missing too. Went back to collect missing items, guy at till apologised and said it will be a few minutes as they threw it out and will make it fresh. 25 minutes later, another cashier said they are closed. I explained what I was waiting on, they went and got the supervisor, who said they had no fries left (I could see them in the chiller) so offered a full refund. I accept the refund, but he had issued processing it. Original guy comes back, said there is fries and they are cooking them now, supervisor looks embarrassed as he had been caught out. Roll on another staff member (from the fish and chips place, possibly a manager) asked the guy what the issue was, and if I was wanting a refund or the fries, I said to her I was awaiting the fries, so they then close the shutter on me. The original guy, think his name was kai? He was alright, the rest, not so much. The star in customer service was for him and only him.
