Went there on Friday evening, on the 8th of November. Got to the drive through after 8pm. The drive through and the inside was not busy. We were trying to access the discounts on the app as we were with our 3 kids (under the age of 10) and a 4 month old. My wife was in the middle seat with the baby and the app on the phone. The first colleague showed us how to get the discount code from the app when we finally came to the first window after our order. I donât use the app and my wife hasnât used it in a while and she was carrying our 4 month old. Whilst we were completing the order with the first colleague at the first window he was trying to take another order from the car behind us (donât know why he was trying to multitask when we had not finished and it was not busy. This was not an afternoon lunch rush). We finally came to paying and we were going to pay through my wifeâs phone app. So I had to get the phone from here whilst she was passing it over. We also tried to add the taste card app discount but the guy just said they donât accept it on a Friday and Saturday with no explanation. I stated that we have used it here before but he just repeated himself with no further detail or clarity. The guy made a comment whilst waiting for us to make payment saying that we have to be quicker. I realised his impatience and told him that the car behind us will have to wait then. I was taken back by the comment as thatâs they first time I have heard a fast food restaurant person taking orders say that. Clearly he was annoyed with how long with was taking and thought that there was a longer cue. But I knew it wasnât busy as there was no one in front of us and the latest drive through customer just arrived. As it was my wifeâs phone I to use her payment app which wasnât work straight away. After it worked the guy closed the window and walked away. I could tell from his body language that he was annoyed. We drove to the next window where the second colleague handed us our drinks then our food. I asked if they still use the taste card and she explained that do not accept it anymore on a Friday and Saturday. I asked if it was recent and she said yes which cleared that up. After we was handed our food I was passing it back to my wife so that she can hold it whilst managing with the baby. A third colleague, who looked like a team leader/manager because he was wearing a white shirt, came to the window and was holding up a small bag of food said that he has to give the food to the next customer. He said and did this whilst we were there to indicate that we should go (which I was taken back as this never happened to me before, where I was rushed to go in a passive aggressive manner). As the driver I had to make sure my wife was ready for me to drive away and that she has checked the food ensuring that it was all there. So I was a bit taken back and confused because the drive through wasnât that busy and it was clearly a display of impatience and bad customer service. Still taken back by the first and third colleagues mannerism I said to the third colleague âthank you for your patienceâ. Upon reflection I should have just told me that the way him and his colleague are behaving towards customers who made a larger order is terrible and that he should be more considerate to customers with young children in the car. I wish I had read the reviews from this Burger King before I decided to come here. I have never had such salty chips to the point where I couldnât eat them as they made my mouth bleed, my drink was less than half full ??? I ordered 2 chicken burgers and received beef when I donât even eat, and worst of all I found multiple hairs on my onion rings! The only thing that I could say was edible from my order were the halloumi fries however they were still extremely salted. I felt physically sick from this food and decided to take this further by calling the restaurant and speaking to the manager, he was unhelpful and this was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. He came across very rude and didnât offer any kind of help or refund for my food. So I took the food that hadnât been eaten back to the restaurant and spoke with him again, by no surprise he was still very rude and was trying to tell me that nothing was wrong with my food and could not offer me a refund. He then offered to remake my order so I agreed and he then said that it was not possible? I was very confused as to why he would say this and then refuse, I asked what the reason was for this and he could not provide me with an answer all he said is that he takes back what he has said. I finally asked if he could at least fill my drink up as it was less than half full and he refused to even do that.    Read moreFilthy, unorganised, mess. I dont know if my visit was when they were having an off day but I certainly will not be returning. I visited this branch mid week around 6pm. Placed my order on the app to collect and eat in store. When we arrived the main entrance was locked- we later realised its because they were stopping customers from entering because one of the grills had stopped working and they were low on stock. Upon entering we were asked to leave because of said issue but explained we had already ordered. I could see my order sitting in a bag but no one had called it. After 3 attempts of trying to get someone's attention i was given my food. There were plenty of tables available however they were all covered in food and wrappers. We found the 'cleanest' one and cleaned it ourselves. All the burgers in the order were wrong including my sons kids meal. I.e Cheese burger had no cheese, whopper only had mayo in it etc. Not only this but all burgers were cold. I'm not sure if this us because they sat for so long or because they weren't cooked long enough on the broken grill. Even when our burgers were replaced with correct ingredients they were hardly warm which put me off eating it altogether. Drinks machine was broken. There were around 8/10 members of staff 2 were seemingly swept of their feet whilst the others did absolutely nothing but stand and look clueless. Eventually both doors were locked.
