We decided to have a change from mcdonalds as we remembered burger king to be very nice before but we were wrong to do so. When we walked in there was hardly any one here (5pm saturday) all the soft chairs were ripped and we couldnt sit in many places as rubbish was left rotting on moston the tables we waited a good 5 min before any of the staff could be bothered to take our order as we were waiting a customer complained as they had not had there chicken nuggets as we had order chicken nuggets i had a mind to check when our order came. When it finally was ready we were presented with a few bags litterly see through because of all the grease and of course no chicken nuggets so i had to ask for them which 2 of the staff ( who seemed like they couldnt give a sh**) did nothing the young lad who was on was the only helpful one and gave me my nuggets and a few extra as a sorry unfortunly they still tasted of cardboard and i dont think the chicken nuggets have ever met a chicken and thats said for the childrens chicken burger aswell it was like a cut out from the 4pk birdeyes chicken burger box i thought i ordered the double wopper but they must have heard me wrong and gave me the double slopper it was accually melting ... it wasnt in burger form i thought the burgers was flame grilled but my burger had never seen a grill or a flame it was like it was cooked in a pan full of oil even the bottom of both mine and my partners burgers the bun seemed squashed and none excistant when i visited the toilet there were boxer shorts in the toilet the 80% grease burgers must have not have agreed with someone... but if you like a bit of food with your grease go for it. Read moreIf I could rate this Burger King a 0 I absolutely would, the service and knowledge of the staff that work there is clearly also a 0. My mum brother and dad went into this restaurant this evening after they had been bowling, and it states quite clearly on the website that it closes at 22:00. They went in and the person serving them asks if they are eating in or taking away (in which you’d assume eating in was not a problem) they wanted to eat in, they were only going to be about 10/15 minutes when getting into the restaurant at about quarter past 9ish. A young small blonde looking girl comes over with a whole attitude saying “excuse me your not supposed to be in here at this time”. When she got told that they are still eating and will leave as soon as they have finished (before 10 at this point). She goes in the back after and the hostility from the staff towards my family at this point just for eating their food in a restaurant that states it’s open. Another girl then lets them out when they have finished and apologises on her behalf explaining she is new and that the restaurant inside closes at 8? You’d think as a new member of staff, that would be even less of a reason to be like that towards customers as well as it being put boldly that the restaurant closes at 8 and the drive through closes at...
Read moreI recently decided to give this Burger King another chance after avoiding it for three years due to poor service, hoping things might have improved. Unfortunately, it’s safe to say I was wrong — if anything, the experience was even worse this time around.
The staff were incredibly rude, serving cold food without even an ounce of apology. When I raised my concerns, the manager’s response was nothing short of shocking. Rather than addressing the issue, they were dismissive, rude, and even had the nerve to say, “That’s not my problem.” It’s beyond frustrating to see a manager display such a lack of professionalism and accountability.
The system claimed items were available when they weren’t, and when I asked for a refund, I was denied and only offered an alternative. The outdated terminals, which were an issue three years ago, are still the same — clearly nothing has changed, and the management seems uninterested in improving either the service or the equipment.
It’s disappointing to see this restaurant’s standards remain so low for so long. If you’re considering visiting, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere — you’ll likely leave as frustrated and dissatisfied as I did. This place desperately needs new management and a...
