Café Maxx Swindon — Restaurant in England

I am sorry to leave this review as the women and younger gentleman who work here are beyond friendly, accommodating, efficient and a pleasure to be around. I always have a great experience when they are working.

However the older man (possibly manager) has such an atrocious attitude and awful demeanour. Swanning around arrogantly, seemingly doing only busy-work and causing low morale to the other members of staff. He has a rude manner and vicious temperament. I have witnessed his saccharin tendencies where he behaves as if he’s genuinely friendly with certain customers, however it is a poor facade.

Such a shame because the food is enjoyable but spoiled by his horrible ‘Jekyll and Hyde’ manner. I feel sorry for those that have to work...

Food is absolutely amazing, highly recommended the chicken bbq ciabatta with the fries they serve

Staff are great but could smile and but put more focus onto customers with needs and comfort for them to dine in a clean atmosphere
