Caffe Ginevra Prudhoe — Restaurant in England

Ginevra was voted North East Café Of The Year a couple of years ago. If you drop by yourself you'll see why. The Sicilian coffee alone will persuade you. But then there's the Italian snacks/cakes, ice cream, teas & soft drinks. And then, on Friday & Saturday evenings, Ginevra becomes a fashionable wine bar, again with an Italian flavour. Plenty of free parking nearby and all of this yumminess is wrapped up in great service at all the outlets in Prudhoe (2),West Denton, Wynyard, Newcastle and Blyth. Caffè Genevra is very clean, pleasant venue with very pleasant, cheerful, courteous and efficient staff. The Front Street venue is one of two in prudhoe. The coffee and snacks are excellent, reasonably priced and served promptly - without being rushed. I highly recommend a visit. It seems to be very popular with the Townsfolk of Prudhoe too. I shall be back. Well done to Caffè Genervra who, it seems, are a local business with a small group of outlets in the area serving excellent coffees. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Doesn't feel to cramped inside by trying to get as many tables in as possible. We had the brie, bacon and chutney toasty which was quite nice with the side salad. Nice small portion for lunch and an ample amount. We had the hot chocolate, that wasn't great, it tastes more of milk than hot chocolate.
