I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I consistently receive from your establishment, particularly from one of your staff members, Stella.

As a frequent customer, I order pizza from Caprinos every other day. Often, I place my orders by simply giving you a call. Stella is the one who picks up the phone most of the time, and I must say, her professionalism and friendly demeanor are commendable. She always speaks in a very respectful and pleasant manner, making the ordering process a delight.

Moreover, Stella consistently provides me with an accurate estimate of the pick-up time, which I greatly appreciate. Her efficiency and courteousness significantly enhance my overall experience with Caprinos.

I would also like to highlight the atmosphere at Caprinos. It is always pleasant and welcoming, making it a joy to visit. The positive ambiance, combined with the exceptional customer service, truly sets your pizzeria apart from others.

Ordered at 9 pm, and supposed to arrive between 21:35-21:55. At 22:00 tried to call the restaurant which barely answers the phone. The one who answered said apologies and give them other 15-20 minutes. , after 2 hours (23:00) I’ve called them to figure out where’s my Oder and the one who answered said it’s 2 minutes away. Such a big shame and lie, I’ve waited 30 more minutes and managed to cancel my order through Uber eats chat support and refund my money. 2 hours and a half wasted and went to sleep hungry and angry af. I highly recommend to avoid ordering from this restaurant. They are below sea level in terms of customer service, practice and fulfillment. Super unhappy....

Absolute disgusting service ordered 3 pizza' waited 2 and half hours for food ,called 5 times they said its on its way , they lied and when phoned the shop 6th time they keep hanging up and then they answered saying we didn't pick up and they cancelled the food ,when checked the app the driver didn't even move the spot , it is disgusting service a waste of time and would advise never spend money there ,the workers are bunch of liars and we have all the proof and will be taking this matter further ,if the employer reads this just want them to know it's a complete joke employees cannot lie to customers and waste there time like this ,Absolute disgusting with...
