Red Rooster Peri Peri — Restaurant in England

I went in today and had a horrible experience I will never go again! I rang and placed my order the phone for me to pick up. The guy said it would be ready in 10mins, I thrn rang again after 10mins firsty the guy picked up said hello and after I spoke he started ignoring me I could hear him talking to other customers. Then I rang again he couldn't hear me I said hello a few times he said what do you want! I asked if my order was ready he said yes come and get it. I then went in 15mins after as they always take ages. He cheked my order and told the worker we are waiting on chips add them. I saw the worker add chips to a few orders not just mine. I asked how long, the guy answered we are just waiting on chips. I replied I rang and you said it was ready he said yh it is ready im waiting on chips I replied no ready means I come pick it and go. He replied well next time you ring then don't order chips and don't complain to us!! I walked out and said you need to sort you attitude out. Disgusting behaviour he could of simply said I am really sorry it will be 5mins I would of waited....

Absolutely the worst place, The customer service was horrible The guy was rude on the phone showed me attitude for no reason When I went in the shop he argued with me, he didn't say hello, didn't welcome me, ask me if I needed any thing. Its EId as well and he was so angry and grumpy. He literally argued with me because I asked him the price of a half chicken. Even though he argued with me he still didn't say sorry till the end. What happen to the customer is always right. When you walk into any shoo you are greated d with a smile and a hello but I got nothing from this place. I don't care if the food is nice or not if your employees are not nice then the shop is not worth going to Word of advice, fix your employees and your attitude cause at this rate no one's going to come. The shop was quiet when I went as well I wonder why that is You clearly don't know how to treat...

Whenever you go in this place the cashier is so rude to you, they are busy like they’re working in some gold mine, specially whoever is the cashier they’re just in rush and have lack of communication skills with customers. There’s no Hello no Hi no Bye, they just don’t pay attention to the costumers they’re just in rush all the time, sometimes the chicken is not cooked well either. The food overall is Good, but this bad costumer dealing and communication is not acceptable in any form, they don’t have the right to be rude to costumers if you’re busy is your concern this doesn’t mean you treat costumers badly. The CASHIER ITS ALL THE TIME GIVING ATTITUDE LIKE we’re he’s enemies or competitors. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE...
