First time there for sisters birthday, fantastic service, friendly staff, and the food was top quality! However, my only major disappointment was that with a table of 14 people, after we had finished our meal, we were told that the total bill wasn't allowed to be split. Of course not everyone carries cash!
So one person had to pay for everyone via card and with what cash people had on them, which wasn't fair, and had to chase getting the remaining cash from people the next day. I've never been to a restaurant who refuses to split the bill between different paying families, especially with the total that was being spent. I have to give a 3 for that because it caused a big headache and made making payments very frustrating as we had to do all the maths on the restaurants behalf.

There were 11 of us in my party and they could not have been more accommodating adding the 11th person to the table just 20 minutes before we were booked. The staff went above and beyond to make us welcome and their service was excellent. The food was, as it always is, delicious, hot and all 11 of us received our meals at the same time. Brilliant thank you Radstock...

They have redecorated so the place looks and feels fresh and cosy, although to be honest it has always been a lovely restaurant, I'm guessing Covid has allowed some things just to be refreshed without having to close as such. Waiters are always lovely, attentive and willing to have a giggle with you, glad we have this restaurant in...
