I visit this tesco costa quite frequently. Ordered a Brie, bacon and Cranberry panini, carmel slice and a hazelnut laté. Instead what i got was Brié, bacon and Cranberry panini a salted chocolte chrismas cake and a praline laté. I dont know how that managed to happen to get my order completly wrong and there are only two ladies running the cafè. When i came to sit down there a 11 tables with trays of empty costa glasses and plates in abundance, making it difficult to find a table. I dont know if they are short staffed but definately need someone on the shop floor tidying the tables and making them good for paying customers. This costa is a bizy one and needs to be kept clean at all times as there are not many places to sit. The atmosphere is very cool, quite and a relaxing place to have a cuppa. Ill come again and hopefully standards...

They have mentioned online opening time 6:30am..so I planed my journey accordingly and when I reached there the staff told me it’s 7am we can’t serve you before 7 and the worst thing that it’s placed on the other side of the Tesco..parked car and walked all the way to the other side then stairs that’s all the time I had and I couldn’t get my coffee...waste of time..such a big company should make this...
