Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

I visit this tesco costa quite frequently. Ordered a Brie, bacon and Cranberry panini, carmel slice and a hazelnut laté. Instead what i got was Brié, bacon and Cranberry panini a salted chocolte chrismas cake and a praline laté. I dont know how that managed to happen to get my order completly wrong and there are only two ladies running the cafè. When i came to sit down there a 11 tables with trays of empty costa glasses and plates in abundance, making it difficult to find a table. I dont know if they are short staffed but definately need someone on the shop floor tidying the tables and making them good for paying customers. This costa is a bizy one and needs to be kept clean at all times as there are not many places to sit. The atmosphere is very cool, quite and a relaxing place to have a cuppa. Ill come again and hopefully standards...

very disappointed...!! They have mentioned online opening time 6:30am..so I planed my journey accordingly and when I reached there the staff told me it’s 7am we can’t serve you before 7 and the worst thing that it’s placed on the other side of the Tesco..parked car and walked all the way to the other side then stairs that’s all the time I had and I couldn’t get my coffee...waste of time..such a big company should make this...

Costa in tesco located in the back of the store with access via lift or stairs sits on the floor overlooking the store plenty of seating and table's with some having power points to change or run your phone / laptop, selling the usual costa pre-packaged snacks and fair coffee is made fresh to order and hot snacks are heated then bought to your table if eating in. Also has disabled accessible toilet facilities inside the cafe...
