Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

ordered a hot chocolate with 3 pumps of caramel syrup, and my previous 5 or 6 times of ordering it, i have not tasted any of the caramel, so decided to look at how they made it. no caramel was put in, not even caramel chocolate powder, basic chocolate powder. when i questioned the barista who was serving me, and questioned where the caramel was, hinting, she responded saying, “i know what i’m doing, i have put caramel in it.” please bear in mind, the caramel is 60p a shot, so £1.80. i also ordered a cinnamon bun, and it had a few bugs on it, to which i showed the barista, and she put the bugs off into the bin, and put it back on the counter to be served again… i repeat, back on the counter. due to the amount of bugs, i would assume they are all on the cakes, and have laid a significant amount of eggs. not impressed, at all. will not be coming back, and will travel to the costa in next if i have...

Was in Costa today after finishing college, walked into the store when I walked towards the fridge to get a sandwich when this lady who was working ( I think he name is Ellie) shouted that the fridge is broken at me sounding very rude. I walked out of the store and went to subway to get coke food then returned to costa to get a drink for my boyfriend and my mum. Again she was rude and the second time I wasn’t allowed something. They should really put signs on the doors to adrenal that some products are not available before coming into the store. Whilst I was waiting the staff were more concentrated on having a laugh with their colleagues then actually giving their customers good service. After waiting 15 minutes for just 3 drinks we got the drinks...

I walked into costa coffee, and was greeted by a young lady who was extremely welcoming and polite. The staff helped me pick the perfect drink for me, as I wasn’t sure what to have. They seemed very knowledgeable and helped me with my dietary requirements. They was all very cheery and was happy to help me. They was quick with making the drinks and helping others. The tables were clean and the staff all worked really well together, and could see they enjoyed there job and was having a laugh with one another. This made the costa feel more homely and welcoming.
