Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Waited a while in the queue. Told the girl on till what I wanted and that I had a wuntu code and showed it to her. She had trouble putting it through and the manager came over helping her. As I was leaving the manager asked for the code again so I showed him in the app. He said "that isn't a giftcard" like it was my fault the way he had put it through!
