Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Hi I went in Costa a while ago and seen a member of staff who was in charge speaking to the young girls like they were garbage in front of customer's. I was fuming it was disgusting to listen to n watch it. I contacted head office n explained everything I had seen they assured me this would be dealt with and apologised to me no free Costa but an apology. I went back in the other day only to find out he as been made manager n he was speaking to a young girl who started to cry n she left the shop crying. I hope she is OK I really hope Costa have got ctv n can look at this incident and do something about him n his manner's.

I also hope Costa coffee are proud of there self's for making him manager because they should be ashamed of themselves for doing this. Costa Coffee is suppose to be a nice and relaxing place this is not the case in this cost it is disgusting arrogant and pathetic little man who bullies staff does nothing himself. Well Costa coffee hope u are very proud of having such a bully working for u. I will never visit there again. So my first complaint fell on death ears Costa don't listen to the public they get staff to bully other staff members in front of customer's disgusting u should be ashamed of u self's Costa coffee x I am also going toget my family and friends who was with me leave a review and explain how disgusting he was. Been here many times with our dog, as many other customers have, and there’s never been an issue with us taking our dog inside, with the friendly staff regularly making a fuss of our little pooch… Today however we were asked to leave because they don’t allow dogs anymore. There are tables outside to sit at, but only one with a parasol, and it gets really hot in the sun so if they’re expecting dog owners to use the outside space, some more shady seating will be required. Also no water bowls for dogs anywhere in sight. A real shame, I fear this branch will lose a lot of its custom over this decision to ban dogs. We certainly won’t visit as often as we have.

Oh and on a side note - get your opening times right! When we’ve called in during the afternoons there’s been more than one occasion where we’ve been told you’re closing soon, at 5 on a Sunday and 6 on a Saturday when the door sign clearly states otherwise. And according to Google you’re...

Beautiful store, new with very up to date decor. I was served by the lovely barista Ella. Ella made sure my drink was made to my liking (I’m quite fussy with my drinks and she was very patient and read my order back to ensure it was to my tasting) absolutely lovely girl who made my day and took the time to have a conversation with me when I was having a bad day.
