Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Very poor service, (sorry for the long winded explanation) due to being utterly blanked.

Visited earlier this morning as this was my first visit to this branch. I came in and there were two ladies being served in front of me, i then proceeded to make my choice of a (chicken +cheese+ bacon toasty and would have ordered (eventually but never got that far) a small spanish latte as advertised on the board behind the counter, Then the two customers left and there was one young lady serving behind the counter who took a quick glance at me but didnt say anything not even 'i will will be with you shortly'..or even tell/notify her collegue'/s She just carried on dealing with other customer order takeaways. Then two other memebers of staff rocked up, one with reddish hair said to her sorry for being a while, HE ignored me and then the other dark haired memeber of staff whom bought back from the store room looked like two coffee refill bags ALSO ignored me. That same person Then proceeded to start serving the other customers without looking at what everyone was doing in queue without even looking to ask who was next, looked directly infront of him and failed to gauge what the situation infront of him was because he and a memeber of staff had previously left the counter and served the customer who came in AFTER me and the rest of the line, ( no comunication between staff) just rude and arrogance and very generic. i began to question myself was i some sort of ghostly spirit who was completly invisable to the naked eye to the point of "can you see me". So i then picked up my food choice off the counter to re-signal/ghesture again that i was STILL waiting to be served and placed it back down and i simply walked out and left my food item on the counter so a while later i made my way up the road to chiverton and went into...

This place is always busy, but the staff are attentive and cheerful every time we've visited. The muffins are good, drinks are OK and the sandwiches etc are tasty. There's shaded seating on the side with water bowls for dogs and stepped access down to the pavement beside the main road. Flat level wheelchair access is available through the retail parks carpark , with disabled parking and an easy access door.

This place could really do with a refurbishment The bathrooms are always very grubby looking, and often, things are broken, or there's a sign saying out of order, probably due to the sheer number of customers using the facilities daily. It's close to a college and hospital and situated on a retail park, so it is constantly busy. Its still nicer than the one in Truro...

Very good and prompt service with good quality products but one toilet was out of order / use and the other was absolutely disgusting. Since there were 3 staff in there and one was restocking and the others taking orders and serving with only us to serve i thought that leaving the toilet in the state it was was not right . The toilet was almost unusable as seat was dirty and floor very wet with paper on the floor but it wasnt fresh so had been there quite some time . It was towards the end of the day so it would have been like it for a whlie. The floor was wet on the shop floor after mopping so i feel that prioritys were wrong for hygiene reasons and spoilt the whole...
