Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

I had a horrible experience in costa just now , me and my other half ordered a mango bubble frappe and a salted caramel frappe with coffee but the mango bubble had hardly any bubble in it and was given a really thin straw to drink it! Then my salted caramel frappe with coffee was made the first round with coffee but no caramel and was more iced coffee than frappe so I asked could they make it again coz it had no caramel but they went there is in an aggressive tone but they will make it again but the second one ended up being a caramel frappe but no coffee! Then mum toastie was not cooked long enough and the chicken inside it was stone cold!!! I have found the service extremely bad today and I will not be coming back and I know it’s not that hard to do drinks orders as I work in the same...

Orderd 2 large hot chocs, one bacon bap and one sausage, the lady that was seeing to.our order was very polite but then this very rude larger lady jumped in taking over with a real attitude in her voice, made us feel very uncomfortable, she then went on to tell us she would let us now when our food was ready, 5mins later she's shouting across the shop floor your food is ready, which seemed abit extreme as it wasn't busy as at a quite time of morning , but she felt important, when i went to collect our food I asked if I could have a couple of serviettes she replied no! You can have loo roll!! I replied no thank you and returned to my table,,

It's a shame how one member of staff can make a place feel...

Coffee is alright, same with the food but not worth the price in my opinion. 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches set us back £20. The toilets look like they've never been clean, the tables and floor are unclean and service was really slow. They also didn't remember our order and had to ask several times if we wanted cream. Our card needed a security check so we waited by the till and they didn't even notice and kept prompting us to move along, meanwhile a queue was building up. There needs to be more than 2 people on the counter on a busy Sunday afternoon as we were waiting over 15 minutes to pay and get our food. I then asked for cutlery and got a fork with black stuff...
