I just to related my bad experience with costa drive thru, yesterday when I went to buy the strawberry drink, in the moment when the server pass me the drink by mistake she touched the lid and the drink fall on my arm and on my door car, in place to help me she started to smile, when I asking what is funny she said nothing , in that moment her smile was bigger asking me to move the car and she left, her colleague was coming in front with the same attitude, asking her the same thing what is funny (says nothing with a smiley face)and she can not give to me a napkin, after five times to asking ...was for she that situation too funny and was blocked on her mind! was incredible how they managed the situation !
I called the manager (she give tome help) but and in the moment when I explain to her the situation she has a smilie too, in that moment I understood from where is the problem.

Parking very convenient and love that itās easily accessible for wheelchair uses or mobility issues. Can take my elderly father. Lovely ambience..full of light and spacious . Staff are polite and friendly. Would have given it 4 or 5 starts but the service is very very slow. They have ample staff who seem to have no sense of urgency and amble or stand around if they are not serving slowly . I appreciate its new. And they may have teething problems with familiarity of serving but they need to speed up. It lacks a manager present to manage it. I waited 20mins in a queue with only 4 customers infront of me! This happens in every occasion. I left the queue last time and gave up⦠so they lost business . Need to train the staff on speed and need a manager supervising...
