Absolute disgrace when you are waiting over 15 minutes nearly everytime you go to the bar and not occasionally it is most of the time...no clean glasses and no staff so it's what you may expect when super busy but not here...no...its getting worse and is wanting some professional input soon before the customers disappear somewhere else or the pub is another statistic!!!

We had an old Kilburn boys reunion last Thursday in the pub. It was the first time that I had been to the pub and was impressed by the friendly atmosphere and great service. The beer was excellent and we stayed a lot longer than we planned. We were well looked after by Kourtney, Stacey and Anita.

Our football team has been coming here for a number of years on a block booking twice a year. We find the pub restaurant is conveniently located for most of us and we can't fault the staff, food and atmosphere.well done Sophie!

First time going here for food despite a number of years living close by. Damn, kicking myself, should have gone for food sooner as what an amazing local pub.

Clean when you walk in, welcomed promptly by a member of staff as we approached the bar and told they would be with us soon as they were 3 deep at the bar.

Taken to a table for 2, plenty of space to sit opposite each other and not feel too far away, but not close enough to have everything cluttered around us.

Did have to ask for the table to be wiped as it was clean but felt sticky, done promptly by the staff member.

Staff were all clean, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, polite and extremely helpful.

First time someone has highlighted my allergy to raw tomatoes before I mentioned it, due to the booking info requested.

2 main meals from the Classic menu, a cider and a pot of tea, less than ÂŁ20.00!!

Food was tasty, full of flavour, well cooked and presented nicely on the plates.

I can go on but all I can say is:

GO HERE FOR GOOD FOOD, GOOD STAFF AND AN AMAZING ATMOSPHERE.

Will definitely be going back, well done to all of the staff on shift at 19:30 tonight, a BIG thank you to all of you for a great time, being made to feel welcome and your understanding...

New Years Eve and the Best bit was the disco which was good😀👍 a lot of the food was preordered but they didn't have a lot of it as it seems the menu we ordered from that was given prior to a friend, who took great trouble to organise the evening for 20 of us. One poor lady wasn't able to have any of her chosen menu. Those of us who ordered from the ordinary menu on the night came of best as all our food came out first freshly cooked, even though that left something to be desired. Those who ordered Christmas Dinner were treated to a microwaved reheat, grey cauliflower and funny rating Turkey. Another lady had dirty cutlery dropped down inside her blouse. The bar had no Worcester Sauce to go with my tomato juice. And to top it one gents loo went out of order while the one in use was awash with urine, due to flooding urinals, and no attempt made all evening to a least mop it out. Sorry just not good enough and if there's any justice everyone should be offered their money back for a very disappointing New Year's Eve.😞😡👎 Can't say you can blame the staff except for the management and the so...

Awful meal and awful service. Ordered 4 meals and waited well over an hour when others had been served theirs that they had ordered at the same time. Half stuff on menu unavailable (this is every week). No butter on breakfast and cold chips. No chutney with curry which had a thick gooey crust on top.. Asked for coleslaw with hunters chicken but got a limp warm discoloured bit of lettuce instead. Had to ask for the butter and the naan bread. Waitresses walked off while I was speaking to her which was very rude! Next waitress said she would talk to the manager but never came back to us (twice they have done this) . When we came in it was relatively quiet but after we had ordered they turned all the tvs up loud (in restaurant area not sports area), glasses were also dirty and table thick with sticky substance! Needs a deep clean, some staff that don’t moan all the time to the customers and are not rude and a better stock ordering system! worst eating out experience I’ve ever had. Avoid like the plague. Dirty, loud , cold food and...
