Popped in with the wife while out and about and ordered 2 pizzas. 45 minutes later still no pizza's! When I asked where our food was the waitress told me my order and said she would ask the kitchen. She came back saying our order had been misplaced! We we were offered fresh ones for freebie whe mine came it had the jalapeño peppers on that I had asked not to be added. I then had to pick them out covering my fingers in cheese fat, pizza sauce, and jalapeño juice. An experienced service team would have noticed this way before I had to speak to them about it. I visited the newly opened deck 1853 on a Friday lunchtime and enjoyed a pasta, tiramisu and a white wine, all of which were absolutely delicious. A great little pitstop when exploring this area....no nonsense great food... not a broad selection but as what's expected from this type of eatery. Staff were really pleasant.. attentive and helpful. I only ordered a coffee and croissant.. both of which were served promptly and if great quality. Decor is inviting with very interesting resin tables...
