Deep Pan Pizza & Bar-B-Q — Restaurant in England

I find myself in a predicament of leaving this following review due to poor customer service. A £32.90 order was met by poor customer service due to not delivering part of our meal. On placing the order, a female member of staff arranged for me to have a bottle of coke instead of chips and garlic bread due to the vast price of our order. Unfortunately the pop did not arrive.!! Got told by the manager(if it was), the driver has gone home as I'm the last delivery of the night which arrived at 23:35 on a Monday evening. This leaving us to eat our meal with no pop to wash it down. A little gruntled to say the least. The male on the phone did say he would deliver a bottle twenty minutes later, no good unless we wanted to eat our food cold. The pizza was not cut, the chicken kebab tasty if you could get passed the harsh tang of salt. The pitta bread was also uncut, hard and crunchy one side and the other cold and seemed uncooked. The entire order just seemed to be rushed. I will not be ordering from here again and I will be sharing my experience further more. Sad, when this was only my second order from this take-away. To get 5 star rating here, I would expect the customer to be treated with compassion and respect when it's not asking for too much. Although this has been a bad experience, I grade Deep Pan as:

Absolute FOOD POISONING and general health hazard. Me and my partner had the misfortune of ordering food from here on 07/05/18 at 18:00 food (if you can call it that) was delivered at 19:20 it wasn't freezing but it definitely was not hot! One large lamb doner, one large meat feast pizza and one portion of cheesey chips. Pizza was so soggy and coated in grease it had slipped to one side of the box and folded over the topping was sliding off and also in the bottom of the box. We had to cut the pizza into slices ourselves (luckily we have a cutter) of the mess that was left in the box there were two or three complete slices so my partner had two of those and i had the kebab. the chips were a soggy sweaty disgusting write off. by 01:00 on 08/05/18 my partner was violently sick. The return of the worlds worst meat feast pizza. This pizza was regurgitated almost undigested. She has been laid up wit what we're calling the scourge of deep pan also known as FOOD POISONING for the past two days. When confronted the woman on the phone simply said "prove it" and told me I was "bared". In future stick with Turkish Delights down...

Ordered on Just Eat and waited 2 hours. I eventually called the shop and queried to be told that they had cancelled my order because I got my money back. This wasn't the case at all, I had requested an adjustment from Just Eat due to the delays and was told this would not cancel the order but the restaurant cancelled it all together. That's when I was hung up on by the person on the phone. I called back and spoke to the "manager" who was incredibly rude and hung up on me again. Once again I called back looking for answers and was told to stop calling as the manager "didn't have time for it" and was once again hung up on. Well I'm sorry, but if you don't have time for your customers, your customers don't have time for you. You just lost a regular customer of 30 years. Truly...
