I put a order in for £34 tonight , waited 2 hours for delivery, and when it can all off the sauces there all over the bag and leeks all over the order , when I phoned to up to tell them the garlic sauce was all over the fish and chips I was told what do you expect on a bank holiday. Was told to put my hand in the bag and look thru the garlic sauce and was told the man I spoke to on the phone was no help at all and very rude , I was told what more do I expect on a bank holiday Monday , what I expect for £34 is food I ordered and food I can eat , I have bought from here plenty of times with no problem , but when you do have a problem I expect to it be dealt with in a professional manner , not happy will be a long time if ever I...

Just phoned up to ask if they delivered to perkinsville... my God I got a wonderful non pleasant lassy taking my order tbh she needs to brush up on her phone skills as I questioned the price of my order all because I want my chips separate it's 50p extra .. on Wednesday I got exactly the same chicken wrap separate chips 4.50 . Tonight's price hiked by almost a pound that's not including delivery. I understand drivers need to make a living and my rant ain't about that. Kebabs are good, but don’t dare ask for sauce on the kebab, it never happens. Portion sizes are good too. Sent me an email giving 15% off, website didn’t work, called the shop to ask how I could get the 15% off and some bloke shouted telling me about 2 websites (why have 2 in the first place, just take one down) and then started talking to the people in the shop rather than me that was on the phone. Ended up going somewhere else
