Domino's Pizza - Barrow-in-Furness - Roose Road — Restaurant in England

I am a Google reviewer and I travel around the UK to find good hotels and restaurants and give them honest reviews. I have experience in the restaurant and hotel industry so I know what I am looking out for. And here are my findings.

Service can be rather slow We didn't open up any of the food till we got home then we noticed it was burnt and due to family circumstances we had to travel away and couldn't call them straight away The food is OK there is not a very big menu Complaints are not handled very well the store are brilliant BUT the area manager is very slow and not the best so I have sent all my findings to head office and they have tried to contact this manager bow and he still hasn't done his job very well as he still hasn't responded to head office I have requested a full investigation to be opened up

Not good service, order was paid for and the money had came out of the account but the order didn't go through to the shop. We knew nothing about it untill we phoned an hour and a half after we placed the order. Was told by the 'manager' there was nothing they could do even if we showed them proof the money had gone out the account. I laughed in disbelief and was told I was being rude and would be hung up on if I continued. Was told the money would take 2 to 3 days to go back in to the account. This was ment to be a treat for my Birthday. Thanks Domino's! Was eventually given a number to call were I was helped by someone with good costumer service and the money went back in to the account right away. The whole thing was hassle that was not needed. Ordered again...

Very helpful staff member. Informed me of a special offer. I owed my son some cookies after throwing them out,so got myself back in the good books by replacing them for him. He always chooses dominos as his treat as he likes to walk down to the shop to collect it himself. It gives him a little bit of independence with him being autistic. The staff have even helped him carry it home in the past. Great branch , hot and fresh every time....
