Domino's Pizza - Burnham — Restaurant in England

Rubbish customer service so rude, asked for an extra garlic dip to get shouted at! Price on the front says £10 collection for a large pizza but was charged £13 each for a bog standard pizza with only 1 topping! Bought 2 Pizzas they were ok at best, asked for an extra dip because you know one isn’t enough for 2 pizzas to get shouted at in a foreign language and demanded i pay extra for just 1 more dip even though i should be getting two (1 per pizza anyways) Papa John’s not too far away on Slough Trading Estate are much better and give as many free dips as you want. Big mistake coming here, should have read the reviews, to anyone reading this please do not come here! This is not the normal Dominos experience you are better off going to Tescos 2 mins down the road and getting a frozen pizza and cooking it yourself. I ordered my pizza, I got 2 medium pizzas and 2 garlic pizzas with a drink. It took more then 40 minutes after it wasn’t meant to be delivered for someone tell me that my order wasn’t delivered and when I called the store they said I would get a refund which I had to fight for because they kept saying it wasn’t there fault when it’s there company and delivery driver and that if I called the next day they would send me my order for free. Just called today and got told that I was wrong for tell them it’s there fault for the delivery getting stolen and that I’m not getting my order. Tony is an extremely rude individual. We were delivered a “half and half” pizza which was clearly made incorrectly with the wrong sauce/base and he persisted to argue down the phone until he finally offered to “send a driver” after claiming to have prepped, boxed and delivered the pizza himself? I went outside after 10 minutes as the high street is 20 seconds from my house and waited a further 10 minutes before I called him due to it being -2c outside. Tony told me that he had no idea how long I would be standing there waiting for someone to “review” the pizza. Lunch time had passed and the pizza was now an incorrectly made, freezing soggy mess - kind of like Tony’s customer service....
