Domino's Pizza - Harrogate - West — Restaurant in England

pizza didn't arrive. called dominoes they assured me it was coming (even though that robot thing said delivered). definitely they were just trying to get me off the phone. waited 10 minutes still nothing so I called back. asked to speak to the manager, can't remember his name but he was not helpful, I gave him my address and order number and he said it had been delivered, repeated the address to me which was the wrong one! I said no and repeated my address, but he said that address isn't on their system. he said he would call back in 15 mins for some reason which i couldnt hear properly (and unsurprisingly he never called back). I managed to order online with my correct address so how can that be true that its not on the system? I went to the address he mentioned which luckily was only a street away and my pizza was there cold on the doorstep.. the address systems NEEDS updating! awful experience and staff were...

Very poor customer service, after being asked to come back 1hr30mins later to collect order, upon returning at suggested time, they had given our order to someone else, I asked if they wanted to confirm order, they were confident they had the details and remade order as I waited, on receipt of order I noticed that they must have missed heard the order, missing a pizza with an extra topping on another, I was willing to pay for extra pizza to correct order, but they refused to correct order claiming the friend I was visiting always complains and they had a note on system that she always complains. Maybe this is because they are incompetent, I have reported this to head office, I got a nice email from customer services manager letting me know the staff will be retrained in customer service, and I would hear from area manager, Still waiting to hear from area manager a month later. Ordered a delivery of pizza, chicken strippers etc. I live 500m from the shop, on the south side of Harrogate, but I watched on the app as the delivery cyclist took off into town instead. 25 mins after my order had left the shop, I phoned and asked why they were trying to deliver it in town, about a mile away. They made some excuse about Google Maps being wrong. I said I didn't want a cold pizza and they promised to remake the order. They didn't. They waited until their cyclist got back to the shop and reheated the original order instead. An hour and 15 mins after placing the order, I received an overcooked pizza and chicken strippers. The worst thing is, I was only trying them again after they made a complete mess of an order I placed a few months ago. Safe to say , never again.
