Every time I walk into Domino’s Melksham—especially on a Sunday—it feels like a weekly tradition I’ll never get tired of. And the main reason? Minjahul. He’s more than just a team member—he’s the smiling face that makes the whole visit feel special. Always cheerful, always kind, and always consistent. It’s rare to meet someone who brings that much positive energy to their job, but he’s been doing it for ages—and still going strong.

The pizza? Always top-tier. Whether I’m sticking with my usual or mixing it up, I know it’ll come out fresh, hot, and delicious. The care put into every order really shows, and you can tell this team works hard to keep the standards high. From the crisp base to the perfectly melted cheese—it’s exactly what I look forward to every single week.

Service is smooth, friendly, and fast. The store is always spotless, the staff are polite, and the whole experience is just easy and enjoyable. I’ve seen busy times too, but they handle it like pros—no stress, just great vibes all around.

Massive shout-out to Minjahul—he’s the heart of this place, and seeing him at the counter always lifts the mood. It’s no surprise I keep coming back.

So disapointing. Why can none of the big chains provide the service they advertise. Ordered a Vegan pizza via the app. The app seems to seriously struggle with Vegan pizzas as it took two attempts to order the pizza I wanted Vegan peperoni with Soya strips. What I recieved was a Vegan magarita with soya strips that to be honesy does not look remotely appealing. I called to explain that my order was wrong to be told "No you ordered Vegan margarita with strips". When I tried to explain my issues with the app and that may be the cause of confusion I was interrupted and told I was wrong. I offered to return to the store with the pizza but was again interupted and told "No do not being it back I will give you a refund" before I could protest I was hung up on with no confirmation regarding refund etc.

Its a shame as I said I've had pizzas from this branch before that have been great. I wanted to replace my pizza with what I ordered but was supposedly given a refund instead. Now I just need to wait and hope I actually...

I genuinely think that someone is sabotaging your normally brilliant pizzas ...... tonight's order (only the mighty meaty) literally had salt sprinkled on it..... now i like salt more than the average human but this was slug killing volume...... disgusting..... also someone needs to be quality checking your super famous and stretched Italian crust.... cos to be frank.... it ain't happening in the Melksham store.... sorry guys.... VERY VERY disappointed. At least you've saved me a small fortune for a while because I don't think I'm gonna fancy a Dominos for a very long time...... yes I've contacted Customer Services on your App.... but I don't expect a...
