I have booked Chris several times over the past few years for big and small events. He is an extremely pleasant person as well as a highly talented chef. From the initial stages of planning the menu through to serving on the day, he is friendly, professional and always happy to help. No question or request is too much trouble. Having had Chris’s meals on Fridays for the last three years we had no hesitation in asking him to cater for our BBQ for 40 people. With his advice we selected Moroccan beef, tuna with mango and butchers sausages, all accompanied by delicious sides and his famous Eton mess to finish.There was universal praise from all our guests for the quality and taste of the food not to mention the great service by Liv his assistant. We used Chris and Dublicious Food to surprise my dad for his 60th birthday dinner. I used Chris as the caterer for my wedding 4 years ago and the the food is still as amazing as I remember. The experience was great with Chris brining in a server and introducing the main dish himself.
