Esquires Coffee Aylesbury Berryfields — Restaurant in England

Someone from Esquires needs to explain why we vegan and vegetarian or non milk consumer have to be charged twice when we request Coconut milk instead of normal milk. Each time I order Latte which cost £2.90 you charge me extra £35p for Coconut 🥥, but you never deduct the normal milk price. Why shall you charge me for a product I didn't consume.

Nice area to relax with coffee and friends. It's not too overwhelming or noisy. In terms of food, the sandwich I had was tasteless so not up to my standard. Coffee needs more milk. Service I rated a 4 because it was speedy and amicable staff, however, we had to ask for the table to be cleaned as it was filthy with dried food so this needed speedier and more vigilant staff service.
