Disgusting customer service. Never met with such an attitude. Delivered wrong pizza but didn’t even bother to apologise and that’s after they finally picked up the phone. Said kitchen already closed (that was 10mins prior to closing). Then said will resend but when I asked if they can skip goat cheese this time- basically accused me of lying about incorrect toppings on the pizza so i would get new pizza?? I have only requested not to put goat cheese this time as I knew they will remake the pizza anyway and that was first time i got it to try (took only one bite of the pizza they delivered to see how is it- didn’t really like it). I would have never called them if they didn’t mess it up at the first place . I don’t usually complain. It’s not first time they missed some of my topping and didn’t call before . But this time they missed 3 toppings and added onions which i didn’t want . Completely wrong. I used to order from them last few years and spent almost 2k for their food. Yesterday was a last time. Lost a customer. The way “lady” on the phone spoke to me was unacceptable. It was my birthday and spent last few weeks on the diet waiting for this pizza day to come just so i would end up upset. The pizza they redelivered didnt even have sliced mushrooms like usual but chunks of them which didn’t taste cooked. I can’t even describe how upset I was . Never again. I sent the pizza back with a driver so they could see I wasn’t lying .

Been there last time on Wednesday 6th of December, but till today I’m outraged by the situation happened with me and my partner. We were here lots of times before, between lockdowns, had celebrations with friends here and everything was okay. Except this situation ⬇️ So we came at 8 pm on Wednesday (this fact is important) to have a great desert with drinks. But on time we were paying our bill, the waiter said: “ Next time if you will come here just for deserts we wouldn’t serve you” Excuse me???! What do you mean by this??? I’m your guest! And even if I would come for glass of water, you’d have to serve me. We wasn’t drunk or something, we were wearing clean and nice clothes. I had hair style, make up and dress on. So there is no reason to reject to serve us. We came here to have a coffee with a desert, not for rudeness or anything like that. Our bill was about £20, so what’s the difference between pizza and coke and tiramisu with coffee??? It was so rude, that we have nothing to say at this time because of shock 😳 But till now, 3 month later this situation didn’t leave us. Really disappointed.

First time visiting Fratello's and was very impressed by the warm, genuine greeting on arrival, the quick service and the great pizzas. Will be definitely visiting again in the very near future! October update: Seafood risotto and seafood tagliatelle ordered. Both slightly underwhelming in flavour with far too much very rubbery and flavourless octopus in the seafood mixture. Had to pick it all out in the end as there was just too much of it (see photo). Even with lots of chilli oil (which was very mild indeed) and pepper, both dishes were rather disappointing. Jan 2024 A third visit delivered with fabulous pizzas though the server seemed very confused when I asked for no ham on the quattro pizza as it's supposed to be in 4 sections... Just add more of the other ingredients, I don't mind which one, just not ham (hence my quattro became tre!). Would definitely recommend for their pizzas!

I was in Swindon for a works conference and we stayed over the night before. We booked a meal here for 30+ of us on Tiesfay night. This is a true gem and an amazing restaurant with a top quality menu and service to die for. They were able to cater for our party size with no issues whatsoever, all drinks and food coming out quickly and not over/undercooked in any way. Staff were super friendly and felt like part of our group by the end of the meal. We even had some of our party arrive later, and it was no issue to get them sorted. This has to be one of the best restaurants I've been to for a good long while. Sadly I live in Teesside so cannot easily come back but trust me this place would be worth the extra effort to get back to. Stop in soon, you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant. First time visitors. Had calamari and mussels in the creamy sauce to start, massive portions, lovely flavour, cooked perfectly. Followed by the tagliatelle fratellos and the chicken with the Panna sauce, absolutely wonderful. Seafood was cooked perfectly, tagliatelle was the right texture, sauce was beautiful and creamy. The chicken was not one bit dry and was full of flavour. Followed up with a beautiful tiramisu. One of the best meals we've ever eaten, let alone best restaurant. Staff were lovely, friendly and very attentive. Very child friendly from what we saw as well. Price is very good for the size and quality of the food. Can't recommend enough.

We booked this restaurant for a 50th birthday celebration for a table of 9. The placement of the table was great and we was all able to face each other alliwing goid chat to flow. The staff were helpful, funny and charming, they sang happy birthday to my sister with a tambourine which was amazing, whilst ensuring that everyone joined in with the singing, making the whole experience even more memorable for her. The food was delicious. I had the pate to start, which , in my eyes was one of the best I've tasted. I had a pizza which was true Italian style and profitta rils for pudding. I want to thank the restaurant for an amazing and special day for my sister's 50th🤩
