Dined here on a spa day package, the included menu had a good wide range of options, unlike many other places. Nice interior and a good atmosphere. We ordered prawn and shrimp crackers, baby squid, corn cakes, duck spring rolls and Thai fish cakes, followed by chicken massaman curry, prawn pad Thai, duck wrap with sweet potato fries and a beef and a prawn teriyaki, alongside fries and wok fried greens. The food was exceptional, alongside a good cocktail menu. We finished with a chocolate brownie, cheesecake and creme Brule. Had a pescatarian and staff were happy to accommodate dishes. The only letdown was the service, it was inattentive, we had to go and find staff to order dessert, drinks, and get the bill. Otherwise a good experience.

Firstly I wanted to say the servers were excellent,, friendly and professional. The only thing I would say is the atmosphere needs some work, when coming out for a nice meal you don't expect to see people sitting eating in dressing gowns and bare feet. Also in that type of restaurant is it really necessary to have football on a large screen? It's not a pub! The food, although very nice could have been a bit more authentic, you don't get peppers and mushrooms in a Thai green curry. When getting duck spring rolls you could have served at least 2 of them, not a lonely single one. Maybe invest in some signs for outside so it'd easier to find the restaurant and park near it.

Amazing food fantastic flavour and at a very reasonable price. My girlfriend took me here for my birthday and told me it was amazing, she has good taste when it comes to food so I was already excited. She recommended some menu items that she knew I would enjoy and boy was she right. When the food came it was better than I could ever expect! The spices the flavours everything freshly cooked I don’t have a bad thing to say about it! If anyone is hesitant to try this place please give it a go I couldn’t sing its praises more if I tried. Absolutely delicious!

My recent visit to Fusion restaurant left me with mixed feelings. The restaurant aimed to create a relaxing environment, but the loud conversations emanating from the kitchen and among the waiting staff created a contrasting atmosphere. While I personally didn't mind the hustle and bustle, a livelier music selection could have enhanced the overall ambience. In terms of decoration, Fusion restaurant adopts a fairly modern style. However, a visit to the bathroom revealed a subpar tiling job with sharp and uneven edges, posing potential safety hazards. The loose, thick and unattractive silicon job around the sinks left me questioning the detail in the restaurant ' s maintenance. Initially planning to only enjoy a cup of coffe, hunger prompted me to peruse the menu and order a bento with noodles, beef, prawn salad, fried prawns and duck spring rolls. Unfortunately, these failed to leave a lasting impression. The sauces played a crucial role, salvaging the tasteless prawn salad and somewhat rubbery beef. The fried prawns, dipped in chilli sauce( my preference over the provided mayo) were decent, while spring rolls was good but slightly dry. The real disappointment came with the noodles, which had an off putting, moldy taste. For a restaurant boasting a 2 aa rosette rating, I expected a better service approach. No one enquired about the food, dessert options or offered a greeting. Despite the presence of several staff members, they seemed preoccupied with preparation or appeared disoriented. While acknowledging that experiences can vary, my first visit to Fusion left e fairly disappointed. I may give it another chance, hoping that my initial encounter was just an exception. For now, however, the overall experience fell short of...

Really nice decor friendly staff the meal was gonna get an average mark until i allowed the sauce to touch my mouth then i turned into a cariverous rampant animal that loves everything and thought it was all 5 stars. Within seconds of tasting the sauce my entire mood changed all of my brains went out of the window i then ate none kosher food with transfats in it... Almost downed the lager... Determined to say wow this is the best meal i have ever had... I realised... This is the power of MSG. Aka 'flavour enhanser' or 'yeast extract' or soy sauce or glutamate monohydrate, monosodium L-glutamate monohydrate, monohydrate, sodium glutamate monohydrate, UNII-W81N5U6R6U, L-Glutamic acid, monosodium salt, and monohydrate. It is a mind altering drug with no nutritional benefits and a string of side effects. All oriental people ram it into their sauces yet do not eat it themselves. Im now high... But... 5 minutes after finishing the food... I am hungry again i want more! My £20 main course was never designed to satisfy me... Im supposed to ask for the desert menu and leave a tip... But...

This was our first visit to Fusion. Food was good staff very friendly. I reserved a table for two for my wifes birthday. After seeing the photo on line of the restaurant, you can imagine my surprise when we were guided to a table under a TV and in an area full of people who obviously had been to the gym or work, dressed mainly in track suits and trainers ... looking very casual and relaxed ... some quite vocal. Unfortunately, we were dressed for an occasion and felt rather out of place. It was only when we queried the photo to a member of staff that we were told there was another area at the side... which was the picture online and was what we were expecting rather than next to the bar. It was too late to ask to be moved as we had started our meal. It won't stop us coming again, but it would have been nice if we were given the option as to where we could sit ... maybe when I booked ... or told sports attire was the dress code ... not such a good look...
