Fusion Spice — Restaurant in England

I made an order for delivery via just eat to ngh for my mum and gran. The delivery driver rang my mum to say he was outside my mum went outside in the pouring rain and he was nowhere to be seen. He began to ring again and shouted down the phone “can you hurry up I have other deliveries to do” but my mum was standing outside…. He then eventually arrived and got aggressive towards her and was shouting in her face. He refused to give the food over and locked himself in the car calling the police for no reason. I’m not happy with the customer service she has from this delivery driver I don’t recommend them!! Never ordering form...

Really enjoyed our dinner, great combination for all, families, kids, friends - a mix of Indian and Fast Food! Loved the naga donner - fresh and tasty, no smell at all. Loved the chicken biryani - very fresh and full of flavour. A great food spot with banging sauces! A must try in Northampton! It has alot of potential of being ‘the Indian and fast food spot’. Chicken strips are crunchy and great quality. I have dined in and collected previously and it’s a great spot, loads of parking. Looking forward to...

Absolutely appalling customer service. We had wrong items delivered. When we called to tell them, they promised it would be back with us within 20 minutes. After 3 phone calls and 1 hour later the food finally arrived.

This place use to be good, now I don’t know if it was the staff that were working today or if they are just getting lax but their service was abysmal, we were constantly lied to and the food was utter rubbish, greasy and tasted awful.
