Glady's Vintage Tea Room — Restaurant in England

It's all well and good the good food and drinks but not good when you've not even finished your cuppa then to be rushed out your seat cause they've got the table booked!! If it was booked for 1 why didn't you tell me and my friend this upon us being seated? There simply isn't no come back on this as it's absolutely unprofessional! When I go out with my friends or family I like to eat slow I don't eat quick and afterwards enjoy my cuppa but didn't have chance to do this due to being told last minute that the table was booked! It doesn't matter what you say to whom it may concern, don't chase a customer and state you've got 15 minutes to vacate your seat and table. Such a lovely place with nice food but manners goes a long way, the score is for the food not the inhospitable way me and my friend were treated at the end. If your establishment is full with no tables you don't book it when you've customers who are already seated and give them 15 minutes to hurry and finish there drinks. We were going to order another drink and dessert as well!!! Not happy in...

It does get busy such is the popularity of this little tea room , we have visited many times all my kids and husband likes it . The breakfasts are one of the best in the area . A good variety of choice beyond the typical fry up . always cooked fresh and tastes loverly , tea in proper cups and the staff dressed to suit the atmosphere and décor of the building .
