Greggs — Restaurant in England

I do enjoy a lovely sausage, breakfast roll from Greggs. However, because there isn’t a Caffè Nero or Costa in Ashington I somewhat stupidly gave Greggs a chance and bought a latte.

Unsurprisingly, the drink from the machine was cold and disgusting. You have to ask why they bother?

To display a drink on a poster and call it Everyday Tasty Value made me check the date thinking it was 1 April.

Stick to what you do best Greggs and you’ll be fine but please please drop the disgusting...

They stopped all non-dairy milks for hot drinks to look after customers allergic to oat and soya. Apparently there is some discrimination about the type of allergy (because they didn't remove dairy milk, which is also an allergen for many). What's not to like, from fresh sandwiches to a nice hot steak bake, all washed down with a couple of yum yums and a fresh coffee. All yours at more than competitive prices. If you have the means, I highly recommend it👍
