Ordered food at 7.30pm on website it took payment sent receipt to email then NOTHING TURNED up after 1 hr 45 mins like 10 mins ago i rang them for the woman to answer with a bad attitude after i said i had ordered on website .she told me the website is not working and id get my money back tomorrow . so i said we had waited for nearly 2hrs with no indication that we were not getting any food her disgusting attitude and answer was "well you should of rang earlier not our fault it took you 1hr 45 mins to ring . so they have my money , there website can send out receipt SO HOW CAN THY NOT RECIEVE AN ORDER . WHY DOES WEBSITE NOT SEND THEM AN EMAIL TOO . DISGUSTING ATTITUDE after we were considered them and gave them time to deliver DONT USE THE WOMAN HAS A TERRRIBLE ATTITUDE FOR SOMETHING THATS THERE FAULT NOT...

Driver was incredibly rude!! I mean extremely rude. His attitude alone ruined the meal. He kept saying hello??? On the telephone, even though the signal was clear on my end. I ended up screaming and explaining myself about the times. No exaggeration. Finally got though. I left instructions to leave the food at my door as I have poor mobility and takedme a while to get to the door. Me hardies l regardless the really when we had a repeat of hello?? Have never had a problem ordering before, but tonight's order was 2 hours and 30 minutes late (arriving at 9.35pm) despite 2 phone calls which stated the order was only 10 minutes away..... and when it arrived there was a massive, long black hair in the middle of the food...... huge disappointment and waste of money.
