Greggs — Restaurant in England

I’ve always come to this Greggs for a few years and been extremely happy with the service, however, there was one time that my Apple contactless card did not work and I couldn’t pay for the food which I was extremely embarrassed about. I returned a few days later today to get my usual coffee and apologised. A member of staff proceeded to whisper to their colleague Hamza in the back “she’s here” to which he rolled his eyes (her words) and they both clearly poked fun at me which was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Because of this, I won’t be returning which is unfortunate as I’ve come here for many years and most mornings. Often when visiting a place like this you are greeted with misery, and dirt, but that was not my experience here. Becca, the manager greeted me with a smile and professionalism, rare to see a manager in the mix and not just sitting down "managing". She engaged in conversation and nothing was too much trouble. The first time I've witnessed "fast food" truly being fast with such speedy service. Service like this is what will bring me coming back time and time again. Becca is a credit to the company and her standard is one that should be recognised and copied...

live close by, the service is good had to wait a few times however nobody was standing at the counter? dont really understand why a sausage roll costs 1.40??? in any other place its 1.20, I guess you pay 20p more because its a petrol station???????

edit- sausage roll now costs 1.50 and the evening/closing staff are very unfriendly.

furthermore, there is now sightings of rats near the trash cans...
