Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in England

So Papa Johns seems like a good place to get a good pizza for a nice night in though unfortunately that isn't what i received. I ordered my pizza an hour and a half to spare and still it somehow managed to arrive 25 minutes late, someone please explain that to me! When the driver finally arrived he was really rude and didn't have the required change, so he short changed me and gave me several 1 and 2 pences. Now I'm not too bothered about the change but the guy was just rude about it and practically blamed it on me so. When i finally sat down to eat my food it was barely even warm. They were also incapable of reading my order properly because they got one of my drinks wrong. It's a shame really because the food was nice but it just wasn't hot, bit of a let down honestly. I made an order an hour ago for collection, we came to collect the 2 pizzas. I’m very sick, i wanted to order delivery but they don’t provide delivery for the area where we live, so had to come and collect it. Now we came, and they said ‘they gave our pizzas to someone else by mistake, because they had a similar name. They are sorry.’ I asked how can this happen? They said ‘they had a similar name’. I asked ‘don’t you ask for their order number when collecting the pizza?’ Their reply was ‘no, we don’t, it’s his mistake.’ Then they asked me for the order number I clearly said I ordered an hour ago so they have time to make it as I don’t feel well, I don’t want to wait for it in the car. I’ve ordered from here reasonably regularly over the past 12 months and on most of those occasions something has been wrong with the order.

Tonight the drink with the meal deal didn’t turn up, when I rang to ask what had happened they offered to deliver one to me, did it turn up… nah.

Previous occasions I’ve had anaemic potato tots, the wrong pizza delivered, the wrong sauces, and regularly delivered late when the ‘tracking’ app says apparently it’s been delivered.

It’s actually quite impressive to be so good at doing so many things badly. If that energy could be harnessed into bringing you what you ordered when you ordered it for, they’d be an impressive takeaway!
