First, my pizza was cold + I hv told them about it. The supervisor thought about it 4a few seconds + finally offered to replace it with a fresh one. This one was piping hot naturally, as it was just made. But I hv had 2wait for 20/25 min for this to happen + amidst this duration the supervisor came 2announce 2me that there was no more peperoni 2put on it. Without it, it's just a piece of bread with a bit of cheese over it, this was a big deal for me + a disappointment !!! It's the peperoni that I wanted most. 1st, to wait for 20/25 minutes 2get the pizza which should hv bn hot in the 1st instance, 2nd, as it was only12noon + they still had several hrs 2go b4 they stopped serving peperoni pizzas, how is it I asked that they had run out of it?? And is not the 1st time this has happened!! 3)There was only 2pizzas in their display tray when I arrived + each one had only 5tiny bits of peperoni on each of them ... 4)So how is it that at this early stage of the day they had run out of peperoni?? There is something wrong somewhere here !! I think I know what happens behind the scenes but only their store manager can unravel this issue!!! 6) using my own data, I couldn't access internet within their premises, I hv had to walk some way away 2gain data on my device. This has had another knock-on effect on my enjoyment of my pizza with all that going on....
Finally + not the least, by not getting hot pizza in the 1st place + having 2wait for as long as I hv, this has caused me an enormous disadvantage because + I hv missed my bus getting back 2my destination + I had 2 wait until 14.52hrs b4 getting the nxt bus back. On another day it may hv bn somewhat okay, but not 2day.. the temperature was over 34 decrees + it was not safe 4me to walk back in this heatwave!!! Thanks to Greggs I managed to get back 2hrs later than I would otherwise!!! Thank you Greggs but no thank u for such a shoddy...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDisgusted that I was confronted by a rude teenage staff member demanding wheres my mask? I told her I have respiratory problems and a heart condition. She wasn't wearing a mask whilst handling food she was going to sell to me. Legally has no right to question me. I had 4 grandchildren under the age of 10 with me and she humiliated me. Gregg's you need to train your staff. There was nobody else in the queue but she broke social distancing to whisper about me in her co-workers ear and then went on to make me feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed that I left with 4 kids and no purchase. Understand please, not everyone can wear a non medical mask especially with a medical condition.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreQuite the dirtiest āserviceā area Iāve ever had the misfortune to attend. The staff were pleasant but even the normally stalwart sausage rolls were soggy. No spares to buy even if you wanted to as supplies of everything were woeful. The most appalling aspect of this visit was the disgusting state of the toilets. The ladies was filthy which included the back of the door into the loo. Always worrying in a food establishment. Not a toilet roll in sight, not even an empty roll so goodness knows when there was last a toilet roll in there. My husband said the gents was appalling also, a view shared by a man coming out as he went in. Wake up Greggs thereās plenty of...
