I’ve visited plenty of Greggs before and have always been met with politeness, but this team goes far above and beyond.

There’s a level of genuine care and friendliness here that’s hard to put into words—hospitality that feels personal, not performative. It left such a strong impression that if I lived closer, I’d make it my go-to spot without a second thought.

The store times on the weekend is wrong, it will say the shop is open then shutters are down and shop is closed when you get there. Happened a few times, they advertise a too good to go bag, i went to this shop, the correct one, not the town centre one, but the shop is closed, i dont know why, other gregs shops are not like this, might be a genuine reason or something else going on, but always this store, so i wont go there on the weekends because might be open, might be closed. Dont advertise online you are open and also have people come and pick up too good to go bag if your shop is closed, i got refund back but still wasted...

Shop really nice.sign on corner for parking company for 30 mins stay my wife had to wait in car then outside shop due to the virus rules by the time she was served and got back in car and we left it took us over 30 mins which has cost us a £60 fine we received fine on same day the same thing happened again at the shop so we are expecING another fine will not be going to the car park and the shop...
