Come here every week to get my O2 priority Coffee and for the last few months they have been unable to use the QR code from the app but apologised and give me the coffee without scanning, however. I arrived today to get a coffee with the code and was told the till wonât accept the app and that I will have to pay ( no apology ). To which my response was âI understand however this havenât been a problem for months and itâs usually given to me, is it possible to speak to a supervisorâ. The lady (Courtney) turned round and said âIm the supervisor here today, however this is not my normal branch and Iâm not in the mood to argueâ Which as you can imagine this was a complete shock as I had not spoke with any attitude or aggression and this was how I was being treated. I told a member of staff who looked like the manager, about the flies. Her reply was âI know there are loads and we canât do anything about itâ I said well I wonât be buying from here then and walked out. I couldnât believe her reply. She didnât even remove the cakes and carried on talking to a colleague. I hope the person who does purchase the fly infected donut doesnât become ill. I have been a catering manager for 30 years and I am disgusted on the reply and lack of food hygiene and food safety issues at this store. I will be forwarding my complaint to...
