Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

I ordered my coffee through Starbucks in Corby and it just hit me that I paid £28.08 for two coffees and two muffins.

The full thing I ordered was two venti Iced Caffè Mocha with an extra shot, skimmed milk with signature expresso. This was a rich full-bodied espresso with bittersweet mocha sauce, milk and ice. We had two cookie straws with this as I wanted to try it out and then we got two lemon and poppyseed muffins.

It arrived in about twenty minutes which was quite good and the drinks were delivered secured and had a bit of tape on the mouthpiece to not spill any coffee. The packaging was good but I disagreed with the delivery fee and the service charge being the maximum amount.

The drink itself was lovely though, it was a very rich flavour and I enjoyed the cookie straw even though mine was broken in half but my partner liked his. I don't think I'd order it through JustEat again, especially with the additional fees that I was charged. For what I paid for, it wasn't...

Absolutely awesome service my a Whole family were served before me and was left for a good 10min before I realised that I was not getting my coffee. Waited and when the lady was available asked for my coffee and cakes ordered. To be told to wait and she only come off her break as I told her what I was waiting for got nothing but attitude and huffing and puffing as I was clearly putting her out by asking for my coffee. She continued to try and serve other customers and again l asked for my coffee. Attitude stuck and her colleague got my cake threw them on the plate and basically threw them at my Daughter and I and sarcastically thanked me and walked off. Then was again told not to be rude when all I've asked for is my coffee with all the please and thank yous. Ok so! Could see 3 people behind the counter, 2 were too busy talking to each other to come serve, then when one finally came over. As I waited for the first cup to arrive I could see and hear one of the staff complaining that the women on the drive through was "stressing her out" as she ordered her drink with coconut milk and not regular milk and she got it wrong and was sent back, I'm now still waiting for the second cup for my order, the whole time I've been waiting there is a customer at the drive through waiting too, staff still talking to each other like no one is there, eventually the member of staff making the coffee finally hands me my half cup of coffee, still talking and didn't acknowledge that she was even...
