Firstly, most of the staff are quite nice and I couldn’t complain. But there’s one 50-60 year old guy, normally in the mornings. Just watch him as he’s making your coffee and you will see. Watch as he picks the skin on his lips for a sec, then while the coffee is being dispensed, watch again as he runs his fingers around the rim of your lid and where you drink from while he daydreams out of the window. He clearly doesn’t realise he’s doing it, but I’ve made a point to ask for a new lid because of him touching it on multiple occasions and he keeps doing it. Read moreAbsolutly disgusting customer service at this Greggs! Was in there around lunch time and saw a woman with an assistant dog being treated awfully by an older man that works in there. First they tried kicking her out for having a dog when you can see it's an assistant working dog it's all on the harness the dog is wearing! If CCTV was looked at you could probably be able to see it and see the older worker being horrible to her. Could see she was having some sort of mental health episode and she explained why she has the dog but instead of trying to help or calm her down the older worker was rude and told her not to come back. That older worker needs getting rid of until that happens I won't be...

The radio is always on and off and very loud, not sure if they have poor reception? But they should just keep it off. It's nice to sit in but some of the staff are really miserable, they don't sat hello and it just makes the whole experience a bit sour. A real shame, because I love Greggs.
Lovely expansion and makeover but they need to provide more on the shelves and the staff need...
