Price For Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall the price of the food/drinks at any Starbucks is a little on the expensive side. Prices for snacks/food to go are also very expensive compared to local competitors. Especially the sizes received for the prices paid.

Speed of Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ On this particular visit, the time between placing my order and receiving my drink wasn’t slow but wasn’t particularly fast either. The Girl on the drive through window seem to rush us ordering quite a bit. (We was placing an order for 3 drinks)

Food Quality: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall quality of the drink I order was extremely good. The drink was made correct and the balance of caramel to drink was great. The cream wasn’t as peaked as other Starbucks I have been to but no issue!

Restaraunt Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Although I went through the drive through. From what I could see from my seat was a very clean work surface and staff cleaning .

AOB- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had no major issues with my visit. The Christmas POP was out and looked very inviting. Although for future reference please take a little more time waiting for customers to finalise their orders at the drive through...

I am American and have been a faithful Starbucks customer for over 20 years. I was devastated when I moved to Peterborough and there were no drive-thru Starbucks. To say I was excited about this Starbucks is an understatement. I have gone a lot since it opened. Each time I tell myself to give it another chance but it is really probably the worst managed Starbucks I have ever been to. The place is run by teenagers who dont understsnd customer service. The drinks are inconsistent and when they get it wrong they don't bend over backwards to get it right which is what the American chain I know and love would do. The store is always dirty and they are consistently out of product. Whoever is doing their ordering gets it wrong constantly. Over Christmas every time I went they were out of Egg Nog latte and for the past month every time I have been there they have been out of Chai latte. Today it was all I wanted and I went to the drive thru and was stuck in the line for 20 mins to then be told they were out and then had to wait to get out of the drive thru. Don't think I will be going back...

Don't bother I entered the drive through, got told to wait which is fair enough so I waited and waited and waited and waited until I couldn't wait anymore and had to leave or at least I tried but there was someone at the pay window making his order and then we waited and waited and waited and a guy handed out a tray of drinks, then the customer handed one back then the guy handed him another and the customer started mixing the drinks out the window of his car then the guy handed him some straws and then the customer handed him some money and the guy gave him some change and another bundle of straws / napkins then a woman handed the customer lids for his cups and some more change and then we waited a bit more then some more bundles of napkins stirrers and straws where handed to the customer and some empty cups then we had another quick wait then he finally pulled away only to stop again on the exit of the drive through.
