Customer service is shocking. Not even a smile. I ordered a chicken and bacon hot toastie. I watched him lazily cut the sandwich after it being warmed, he hadn’t cut it all the way through but still proceeded to rip it apart which made the underneath bread rip and all the toppings fall off then still forced it into the bag and handed it to me. When paying £3.50 for a sandwich, you don’t expect a pile of slop, You expect a sandwich. My partner ordered some pasties too, all of them absolutely stone cold didn’t even taste like they had been warmed at all. Wouldn’t recommend this...

Food hygiene is poor! I ordered my bacon sandwich the chap turned round itched/wiped his nose with his hand then picked up the bread cake with same hand. Absolutely disgusting!
