Greggs — Restaurant in England

Looked forward to this greggs opening near me. Ive used this Greggs drive thru 4 times since opening. Everytime my order has been wrong. Bacon egg baguette. Only get bacon. Or pay for baguette, by the time I'm on A1 realise they've given me a bun. Pay for a croissant and a éclair, get two croissants. Ordered thru just eat and again it was wrong. What a joke. Make you wait ages at drive thru, prices more expensive. Staff young teenagers not trained. You owe me about £10. Right next to awful amazon...

We went into Durham Services and saw this Greggs on a different site nearby, which looked new. It is superb. It has a drive-through, but we went in and sat at the tables. There were tables outside, too. Staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a customer toilet, which was clean. It was busy, but plenty of staff were serving, and queues went down really quickly. Only a few people were seated, so there was no trouble sitting in. There was plenty of parking. Looks very smart but service is too slow. The person taking the order when you go in the store doesn't actually prepare it but passes it through to someone in the back which slows things down. I ordered a bacon roll with just a little ketchup. It came back drowned in the stuff because my request hadn't been passed on. Also, it was barely warm and the rolls are now miniscule. Inedible so just threw it away. Greggs used to be good but if this is an example of progress I won't...
