This is the worst hotel you could go to STAY me and my boyfriend stayed we were so itchy in the bed and got little spots all on our legs in the morning we were getting ready to leave and a Chinese lady came in 20 minutes before our checkout rushing us to clean our room (we payed £89 knowing the checkout was 11am) as we were rushed I left my ring that was centimental to me on the bedside table and forgot to put it back on before we left I therefore rang the hotel and asked if I could go and get it and they said it wasn’t there !! Im not the type of person to complain but something so meaning to me I will go to the end for I know I definitely left it there it’s not an expensive ring but it’s all I have left of my grandfather that Im still grieving over it’s obvious the ring has been stolen and when I have said this they said that wouldn’t of happened as there are cameras in the corridor. IT WASNT LEFT IN THE CORRIDOR IT WAS ON THE WOODEN BEDSIDE TABLE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BED THAT HAD THE BLACK LAMP ON ASWELL !!!! I even said I would pay for the ring back I don’t care if it has been took or stolen I just want it back Im a 17 year old girl that doesn’t have anything left of her grandad except from that ring Im not asking for no sympathy or condolences it’s just this hotel is a disgrace and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay the 2 lady’s on reception were loverly and so welcoming but the housekeeping and manager...

My recent stay at Super 8 was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and efficient staff went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of perfect. The warm welcome we received set the tone for the entire stay, making us feel right at home.

One of the highlights of our stay was the immaculately clean room that we were provided with. It was evident that the housekeeping team paid close attention to detail, as everything was spotless and well-maintained. The comfortable bed and cozy amenities made our stay even more enjoyable.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was shocked to receive a £100 charge after checkout, accusing us of damaging the front door of our room.

Thankfully, we took photos and videos before and after our stay, clearly showing the door was in perfect working condition. In fact, the door already seemed loose when we arrived, especially around the doorknob area, but we didn’t think much of it at the time.

The hotel later sent us a photo of supposed damage above the door, taken from the corridor. However, the image appears suspicious—it looks like two photos stitched together, and the door stopper (which should be visible) is mysteriously missing. This raises serious doubts about the photo’s authenticity.

We tried to resolve the issue calmly and shared our video evidence, but the hotel refused to acknowledge it. This experience has left us feeling disappointed and mistrustful.

Advice to future guests: take clear photos and videos of everything when you arrive and before you leave. We do not recommend this hotel unless they change their practices and treat guests with honesty...
