15 minute wait in a queue of around 10 people with one member of staff serving, a second member decided to show his face once the queue was down to 2 people. Ordered a sausage and omelette baguette and asked for a small amount of brown sauce, it was absolutely swimming in it and was disgusting. And no appology for the unacceptable wait! It's Greggs, everything tastes of chicken and I feel a little dirty afterwards. Top tip from me, don't do the drive thru, you end up waiting for 5mins even if 1st in the queue only to be told half the menu has gone and 'how dare you interrupt my day' attitude. Got the Greggs application recently and found it been given a free drink and a birthday treat - nice.
